Prezydent Rosji wyraził się jasno "kto zbuduje odpowiedniej jakości AI będzie rządził światem!". Elon Musk dołożył do pieca stwierdzając, że "AI może stać się pretekstem rozpętania III Wojny Światowej". Obaj mają niestety rację.
Tymczasem firma Muska oficjalnie zwiększyła (software'owo) zasięg Tesli aby pomóc mieszkańcom wybrzeża zaatakowanym przez huragan Irma. Co prawda samochody Muska nie są jeszcze w pełni autonomiczne ale ten moment nadejdzie szybko.
Wiemy co powinno stać się potem. Połączone moce obliczeniowe oraz zaawansowane algorytmy doprowadzą do powstania Osobliwości ("Singularity), która przez niektórych jest uważana za kolejną fazę ewolucji człowieka (dzięki zaawansowanym komputerom cała ludzkość przeniesie w wymiar cyfrowy i będzie trwała tam po kresu wszechświata)
Ray Kurzweil przewiduje, że stanie się to w okolicach roku 2045. Z punktu widzenia rozwoju ludzkości będzie to przełom porównywany do pojawienia się życia na ziemi. Pojawi się coś niesamowicie inteligentnego i wszechwładnego, czego wcześniej nie było na Ziemi. I nie będzie to człowiek.
Pomyślmy o pozytywach - w końcu nie będziemy musieli myć rano zębów jako cyfrowe istoty.
